Once a transaction is authorised, it may not be reversible. We are not liable for losses resulting from incorrect transaction details provided by you.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which SterlingAccess is registered and operates. Any disputes shall be resolved through our internal complaints procedure, and thereafter through the appropriate regulatory or judicial authority.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting to this page. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. We will notify registered users of material changes by email.
